About Us

Sara, a chairside dental assistant and patient care coordinator, has worked with Dr. Pierson for three years. She is also a certified and registered dental assistant who enjoys all aspects of her job. Sara’s contagious laughter and smile has been enjoyed by many of our patients and staff. After work, Sara likes to spend time outdoors.

Vanessa resides in Franklinville with her husband, Eric and her two children, Laura and Eric. She had the privilege at age 15 to start in dentistry as a sterilization assistant. Her career took off from there by attending Camden County Community College for Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene.

Linda has a BS Degree in Business Administration/Small Business and an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 12 years. She loves working with patients and is committed to helping them have healthier smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, working with her jewelry business, exercising and staying healthy.

Debbie is our insurance and appointment coordinator. Debbie has been with Pierson Dental Associates for 8+years. She is the first smile you will see when you walk through the door! She enjoys Jazzercise and spending quality time with her two granddaughters, Isabella and Anna.

Andrea has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started out as a dental assistant, and then graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 1994. “Patient care and comfort are my main goals.” Andrea is always looking to have a good time and enjoys cooking and entertaining for family and friends.

Kathy is our Office Administrator. She has been working in office administration for 20+ years. She enjoys working with patients to make treatment affordable so they can enjoy their healthy smiles. She also enjoys working with the staff to make them more productive, the office more efficient and a better place to work. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Art and their dogs.

Ashley is a Certified Registered Dental Assistant with x-ray license. I've been in the dental field for the 8+ years and love my job. I love making people feel good about themselves and their smile. I currently live in Marlton and enjoy going to sporting events and concerts.

Mindy is a registered dental assistant who has been in the field for approximately sixteen years. She has worked in several specialty offices including: endodontics, orthodontics, pedodontics, oral surgery, and prostodontics. She is a teacher in the local community and enjoys helping the Hispanic community overcome language barriers, but her true passion in life is working with children. When Mindy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and exercising.
